Refund policy
First and foremost, we sincerely apologise if our product did not meet your expectations. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and appreciate your patience and trust while we process your request smoothly.
We are offering a unique refund policy to all our customers. We send your main bottles along with a different 5 ML tester. If you feel that you prefer the tester compared to the main bottle, we will exchange the product provided the main perfume bottle has at least 90% filled. Kindly note that the 5 ML tester sent along with the main bottle is non-refundable.
We accept returns/exchanges provided the following conditions are met:
- Eligibility: Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 07 days of purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5 - 7 working days for us to process your request.
- Product Condition: Perfume bottles must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining.
- Eligibility items: 50 ML perfume bottles only.
Non refundable items: Baby wipes, fragrance free baby wipes, Makeup removal wipes, shoe wipes, kitchen wipes, 5 ML tester box, 5 ML tester (attached with the main perfume bottle).
Deduction Policy (Restocking Fees):
To facilitate a return, the product must aligned with our guidelines. Minimal charges apply if the packaging is found missing/damaged or if the product used up to 10%.
Deduction Breakdown:
- Product used up to 10%
- Rs: 50
- Box Missing/Damaged: Rs 60
- 5 ml Tester attached with main bottle: Rs 130
